We cover Loudoun County; Prince William County (assessment values not published machine-readably); City of Alexandria (with source limits). Addresses elsewhere are not covered yet.
We deliver the brief within one business day of payment, on your order page: the page Stripe returns you to after you pay. Bookmark it. Stripe emails you a receipt, which is your proof of purchase.
If we cannot produce a brief for the address, we refund your payment in full, automatically.
When you continue, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page to pay; we never see or store your card number.
