Privacy Policy

This policy describes what bluebirdmontrose.com collects and what happens to it. The site is run by Freshcod3s LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company. The short version: we collect only what you type into a form, and we never sell it.

What we collect

We collect information only when you volunteer it:

• Early-access list. If you join the list, we store your email address and the time you submitted it.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we store the name and email address you enter, along with your message.

That is the complete list. We do not collect anything else about visitors. Reading the site, or opening a brief, adds nothing to any record we keep.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It carries no advertising and loads no third-party scripts. We do not fingerprint browsers or devices. Pages make no requests to any domain other than our own, so no outside service learns that you visited.

Briefs

A Montrose Brief reports public government records about a property. Briefs contain no property-owner names. We store each brief, along with the property address it covers and the date it was published, so it can be served at its link.

Each brief link contains a long random identifier that cannot be guessed. Brief pages are marked so search engines do not index them. Even so, the link is the only key: anyone who holds it can open the brief. Treat a brief link the way you would treat the document itself.

How long we keep it

We keep what you submitted, and any brief, until you ask us to delete it. Ask through /contact and we will delete the record.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties, with one exception: our hosting provider, described below, holds the data as part of running the site.

Who processes the data

The site runs on Cloudflare. Pages and forms are served by Cloudflare Workers, and submissions and briefs are stored in Cloudflare D1, a database Cloudflare operates. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf and under its agreement with us. As with any host, Cloudflare also handles the network traffic needed to deliver pages and may keep short-lived operational logs of that traffic. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it or delete it. Send the request through /contact. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file, and we will let you know when it is done.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change means we start collecting something new, we will say so plainly here, and the new collection will apply only from that date forward.
